The Community Engagement Events & Fundraising Committee meetings include a 30-minute open session, dedicated to discussing upcoming community events and initiatives. This is followed by a one-hour closed session to address operational or fundraising objectives.

The Community Engagement Events & Fundraising Committee hosts these Information Sessions to provide updates and share details on various initiatives. While these sessions offer valuable insights, they are distinct from formal committee meetings and generally don't include a public comment period. Dates and times for these sessions will be posted as they are scheduled.

Academic Development & Strategic Planning Committee:

The Finance Committee is a closed committee responsible for overseeing and managing the institution's financial affairs
​Community Stakeholders & Advisory Board Committees:
The Community Stakeholder & Advisory Board Committees are closed to public attendance, primarily comprising stakeholders at large and community partners. Agendas, meeting dates, and the calendar schedule will be posted three days in advance, and public comments can be submitted to boardandcommitteecomments@gmail.com three days prior to meetings.​
​Board of Directors Meetings:
Board of Directors Meetings are generally closed to the public for attendance, though they may include an open session followed by a closed session for sensitive discussions. While the public typically cannot attend, summaries of proceedings and decisions made in open sessions are usually made available. Meeting dates and schedule information will be posted.​
