Board of Directors Meetings are generally closed to the public for attendance, though they may include an open session followed by a closed session for sensitive discussions. While the public typically cannot attend, summaries of proceedings and decisions made in open sessions are usually made available. Meeting dates and schedule information will be posted.​

This committee meeting is closed to the public for its one-hour duration to have strategic discussion about the  community outreach and planning efforts, as well as fundraising initiatives.
